I guess we all know and knew someone (friends, relatives, colleagues, acquaintances, etc.) who had been through a lot of heartaches. Some of them had already mastered the art of 'living' with those pains and found their way back to normality (if there's such a thing). However, there are also those who are barely floating by...still wallowing in 'what could have been' and 'what used to be'.
But it doesn't mean that they've finally given up. They're just biding time until someone comes along. For even if they thought they'd never love again, still they'd realize that it is always nice to have someone to come home to everytime they had to go away or when the world has become too cold to not have someone to cuddle with and utter words to such as "let me warm you"....
This is for my special friends who are hurting at this very moment...
We don't always get what we want, nor get what we deserve. Being alone is not necessarily bad, it just depends on how you look at it. :-)
